The machine then pre-cuts the raw or printed paper rolls at the rope position, applies coating to the pasting position, and automatically pastes the handles. The main machine then applies edge coating, roll forming, cutting, creasing, bottom coating, and bottom shaping to the bag before conveying it out. The entire process is completed synchronously in one operation. This machine uses an original high-speed motion controller (CPU) from Mitsubishi, Japan, which controls the servo operation via a high-speed bus to ensure stable motion and smooth motion curves.
